A New Restaurant in Hartford: Republic at the Linden

As one of the most unique new restaurants in Hartford, Republic at the Linden continues to blow people away after only a couple months in business. The interior welcomes you with a chic, industrial look with incredible birdcage chandeliers, brick walls. and metal accents. The design is only the beginning; it's he food and drink that will really get you excited.

The menu boasts a wide variety of small plates to start off with, like hummus and guac, bacon-roasted Brussels sprouts, and even options from the raw bar. Then they move up to the “medium bites” for slightly larger plates to share. You can’t go wrong with the burrata and fig plate accompanied by Serrano ham and drizzled with balsamic reduction. The burgers are a go-to, with more than seven different options. If you’re hungry, try a big plate like the chicken parm or prime skirt steak.

If you’re looking for somewhere to watch the game this weekend, check out their NFL happy hours from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays!
