Calling All Tykes at Broadleaf Boulevard: Explore What’s New at the Lutz Children’s Museum

The Lutz Children’s Museum, located just 4.4 miles from Broadleaf Boulevard, will give your favorite little ones the opportunity to explore history, culture, art, and nature, all under one roof! Designed primarily for kids between ages 2 and 10, the Lutz Museum features a Children’s Art Gallery, special rotating exhibits, live animals, and a 52-acre nature preserve where kids can explore the forests, go on bug hunts, and partake in birdwatching.

Don't miss the current Main Street Exhibit, which allows kids to learn what it was like to live, play, and go to school in 1943. Then kids can pick up a shovel and get to work in the Farm Exhibit, where they’ll collect eggs from the chicken coop, milk the cows, and learn all about Central Connecticut’s farming tradition in the 1800s.

Summer will be here before you know it, so check out Lutz Summer Camp, complete with hands-on fun and educational activities, sports, and field trips!
